First off, this is kind of an unfair comparison. We are comparing an entire family of animals to one specific breed from a different family. Fish is the initial clear pick for me because it is so versatile and varied in form plus nobody makes raw chicken sushi (and if they do, I don't want it). That being said, chicken holds its own. It is a standard food that goes well with many things and chickens produce eggs. eggs are an indispensable part of baking and breakfast time. Soo... with the acceptance that this is an unfair fight I think fish takes the gold medal on this one.
